Warm up: Sunday, 12. 3. 2017
Warm up track will be prepare, warming up on the race track will be possible only between 8.30 and 9.20 a.m.

Team captains meeting: The Team captains meeting will be held on Saturday, 11. 3. 2017 at 11.30 a.m. at Hotel Center, Pokljuka.

Entry fee: Entry fee is 8 €/ competitor payment in cash. The deposit for starting numbers is 20 €.

Awards: Trophy for the first competitor in each category, medals for the best three competitors in category and diplomas for the best 6 competitors in categories Kids and Children.

Complaint: 15 minutes after release unofficial results on the notice board. The deposit in case of complaint is 50 €. If the complaint is substantial, the organizers will return the deposit amount, otherwise the deposit will be kept by the organizers.

Price giving ceremony: The results will be announced at the venue, 30 minutes after the last competitor crosses the finish line.

Terms: Competitors will compete under the rules of FIS, the "No borders cross-country Cup" competition and Pokal Geoplin 2016/2017 competition. The competitors compete for their home club. They can compete in only one category and at their own risk and the expenses are covered by their home clubs.

Accommodatin options: For participants "No borders cross-country Cup" from 10. 3. 2017 do 12. 3. 2017. For reservations in hotels you must say that your accommodation will be for "No borders crosscountry cup".

Entries will be accepted on the competition day from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in the entry office in the Hotel Center Pokljuka, where you will also receive race numbers.
